At Insurance Claim Rentals, we offer a range of accommodation options to suit your needs.
We understand everyone's situation is different, therefore we have multiple accommodation types for you to choose from.
Once a job is submitted via email, phone or our booking request form (top right corner) we will source temporary accommodation options and quotes for your review.
As we are constantly building our national portfolio of properties, we are confident we can find something right for you!
We work hard to build good relationships with each and every one of our Property Managers, to make the process as efficient as possible. By spending time building those relationships, we ensure that we can deliver the fastest service for the best price.
Short Term Accommodation.
Depending on your location, and timeframe this could be either a house, apartment, or serviced hotel.
Long Term Accommodation.
This could be either a house or an apartment, or we can assist in a fixed term lease agreement via our network of property managers.
If you require same day check in, we can help!
*Please note, our office hours are between 8am - 5pm (ACST/ACDT).
We currently do not offer an afterhours service.
We understand that sometimes you are unable to leave your property.
In this case we can source a caravan to be dropped off to you during your repairs.
If a stay at a caravan park is preferred, we can also provide cabin options.
Pet Friendly Accommodation.
Pets are part of the family!
We will go out of our way to source temporary accommodation options available for you (and your pets) during your repairs.
